Community Involvement
The Baumann Braun group is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.
We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.
The Food Pantry Serving Waukesha County
Is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to providing food, hope, and dignity to Waukesha county residents in need.
United way
Is a nonprofit aimed to connect people and resources to address comunity challenges, focusing on educaiton, economic mobility, and health impacting more than 47 million people every year.
zachariah's Acres
Is a nonprofit in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin connecting children with special needs, and their families to nature creating life-long memories, enhancing social skills, and strengthening family relationships.
The United PErforming Arts Fund
Is the largest united arts fund in the country and has raised over $362 million to support the performing arts serving the Greater Milwaukee area since 1967.
Baird Gives Back
Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help. In 2024, associates donated nearly 6,500 volunteer hours to help support non-profit organizations and individuals across the firm’s global footprint.
This year, our office volunteered at The Food Pantry Serving Waukesha County and Zachariah's Acres. Pictured below are our all-star Senior Client Specialists Chris and Dee who can be seen in action with our branch leaders Brian and Jacqui at the food pantry and the farm.
