Erica Nelson

Erica is a Client Assistant and joined Baird in 2025. She is the newest member to The Baumann Braun Group bringing 10 years of prior education, program coordination, and research experience. Her time spent as a broad field science teacher makes her a well-rounded talent on the team and has equipped her with skills that translate seamlessly into supporting both clients and advisors. While new to the finance industry, she is working toward her FINRA securities licenses and excited to grow alongside a team known for integrity, expertise, and client-first values.

Outside of work, life is full and lively with her four children, Keira, Lucy, Madeline, and Talia.  Residing in West Allis, she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, in the garden, painting, and adventures with her girls.
